AHA Certification requires virtual skills session
Our AHA BLS CPR (BLS for Healthcare Providers) online certification course is designed specifically for healthcare professionals, so you can learn or refresh your training on the most up-to-date life-saving techniques, allowing you to manage and respond to nearly all cardiopulmonary emergencies.
This course covers Adult, Child, Infant CPR, AED Training for in-hospital and out-of-hospital situations for Healthcare Providers and includes video demonstrations that visually enhance the study material. The course also covers bag-mask techniques for 1 and 2 rescuers.
Due to COVID19 and social distancing guidelines all training has moved to online course + virtual skills session one on one via Zoom with our AHA instructor.
How does it work??? You complete the online part at your own pace, watch the videos, complete the modules with quiz questions, then take final exam. When you pass the final exam you will schedule yourself for a date/time for the AHA webinar skills evaluation via Zoom with one of our AHA instructors. There is no extra cost, and you will be able to schedule a time that is convenient for you. Skills session take about an hour depending on skills level. At the end you will be issued the American Heart Association ACLS eCard good for 2 years.
Once successful completion has been achieved, a CME/CE certificate can be claimed immediately.
Our BLS CPR courses are based on the most recent clinical guidelines recommended by the American Heart Association and compliant with the current Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards. Our emergency certification courses are accredited by the ADA, AMA, and ANCC in joint providership with the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine (PIM).
